Dear friends,
After nearly two decades of personable and quality IT services repairing your computers and solving many problems, I have decided to wrap things up for PCNix. This decision didn’t come easily as my dear clients will be missed.
Over the years I have made many great friends with my customers and have met so many wonderful people that came to be part of PCNix to make it an amazing place to work.
Overall consumer equipment repair industry has seen steady decline with low cost computers easily available, making repairs and refurbishments more difficult. It is truly with a heavy heart that I will seize all operations and transactions by June 20, 2024. New repair orders will be accepted until June 20 2024. I want to take this opportunity to thank all of the staff that made my time at PCNix an amazing and fulfilling experience, all the customers for being patient and providing constructive feedback to help make PCNix what it has been for so many years.
I could not have done any of this without everyone’s help and commitment. During this transition period, I will honour all warranties and i will also provide services up to June 20th.
