Our clients are our best asset because we always over deliver on workmanship, expectations, timeframes and end results. Even though there is often no happiness in getting repairs done, what we get in return of unexpectedly personalized service are the happiest customers around. We would like to brag about it too so take a look at our clients who were very kind in providing exceptional feedback. That’s not all; all reviews are open and available publicly on most popular business review websites, just do a Google search (https://www.google.ca/search?q=pcnix+reviews) to find out.

My seagate 1.5tb hard drive crashed a few months ago, containing ~100gb of family photos and videos, and so I hopped onto the interwebs/Yelp to find an affordable data recovery place. I saw all of the positive reviews on here and decided to give it a go.
I brought my hard drive to Amir, and within a few days, I received a call back with an estimate of $300.00-$700.00, and decided to go with it – apparently the “head” of the drive was damaged, which is pretty serious and involves ordering in parts and such. I consulted other businesses in the area and their range was much larger – usually into the thousands of $$$.
A week later, Amir contacted me and let me know that my data was ready. When I arrived at PCNix, my data wasn’t quite ready and the store would be closing before the data transfer was complete; however, Amir was accommodating, as he stayed back and called me when it was finished.
I decided to purchase a 1tb “A-DATA” drive from PCNix for $100 for the recovered data to be transferred to, as Amir claims that these drives are easier to access, should the data fail again, compared to seagate and western digital.
If your hard drive ever crashes or you need computer repairs, I’d highly recommend PCNix.

I am completely impressed with the service from PCNix. I received a morning call from my 88-year old mother, very upset that her computer “didn’t work” – she only got a white screen. I called Amir, explained the situation, and he went out to see her the very same evening. He fixed the problem, which was wonderful, but more important was the “above and beyond the call” service he provided. She lives slightly outside his service area, but he made an exception for her. He went the same day, which was really important because she doesn’t get out much in this weather, and the computer is her lifeline. He was patient with her, explained things to her, fixed the problem without upselling at all, and generally reassured her. She says he’s “a really nice man”. So she’s happy, and so am I, because we now know who to call when she has an issue. It’s unusual to get such terrific and personal service, and I don’t hesitate to recommend this company.

I recently had a string of bad luck with my laptop as it needed to be repaired 3 times; all of which were brought to and completed at PCNix. Amir was the technician that worked on my laptop on all 3 repairs. He was friendly and easily approachable, while at the same time being very knowledgeable by answering any questions that I’d have about the repair process or explaining the processes themselves. This also turned my visits into a learning experience; something I’d have to pay extra for elsewhere. The pricing was also quite fair, and time it took to repair my laptop never went over 24 hours.
However, what really sets PCNix apart from other computer repair companies is that they don’t hide what they do in an employee only-room and, although they are running a business, their number one interest is customer satisfaction as opposed to maximizing profits. Not only can you watch the technician as they work on your PC and ask questions, but if you find yourself having trouble making a decision (i.e. What size replacement Hard Drive you should go with, whether or not data recovery should be attempted, is your PC even worth repairing, etc.), then you can ask the technician for their opinion on the matter without having to worry about it being based on what will make them the most money.

Had a very good experience dealing with Amir who was able to diagnose a hard drive problem, recommend a few cost effective solutions, apply the fix, clean my grimy laptop (part of their service) and return to me in excellent working condition and the same day! …great operation and highly recommended!

Cesare’s Alienware laptop was fixed in 2 days that Dell couldn’t fix in 2 months – we got a sweet reviewAlienware M17 Repair by PCNix TorontoAmir fixed my Alienware M17-R1 laptop when Dell tech support could not. He fixed my problem in 2 days after I had spent 2 months with Dell with no success. I have to say PCNIX is now my first choice for PC Repairs. I would recommend PCNIX to anyone looking to get their Alienware laptop’s fixed in a professional and timely manner. If you want service PCNIX is the place to go to get your Alienware or other manufacturer laptop or pc fixed. They get my vote of confidence. My laptop is working better now than it ever did before. Thanks Amir excellent work.

Zach gives PCNix the thumbs up for fixing his laptop screen without replacing it, in 20 minutesI stopped by PCNix for a problem with my laptop’s screen. Within 20 minutes the technician had taken apart my computer diagnosed AND FIXED the problem, and all for a super reasonable price. I will definitely be going back for any hardware problems I experience.

I was traveling a little while ago to New York and then to Toronto on a few quick personal business. MY webcam stopped working for whatever reason and I started panicking. I called intercontinental room service for help and they gave me phone number for these guys. I called and requested Emergency service. The tech agreed to help but I had to take a cab uptown. Good thing is that the tech was ready for me, skipping waiting and went straight to work. I’m not a techie be the tech there spent only 10 minutes hardly and had my webcam working. Price at this point was not concern but it was reasonable. Just under two hours I was back in hotel and up and running. I have no plans on going back to Toronto but I can still recommend this business to others. Life saver!

As an elderly with severe hearing problems and not being able to maintain my computer anymore I tried out these guys. I called the technician first few times to test out his patience and he passed. He didn’t even charge for one of the visits because he didn’t understand me during the previous visit. I have now signed up for monthly service with them and I’m happy.
