What type of problems can be fixed remotely?
Almost all Windows based issues can be fixed like viruses, malware, performance issues, tune-up and optimization, registry corrections, operating system repairs etc. Remote tech can’t help if your system isn’t booting up or not turning on. Access to Windows desktop is required, either normally or in safe mode with networking. In case a problem can’t be fixed remotely, we will credit you the amount when a tech visits your premises.
