Not all types of computer problems are suitable for a technician to come out. For example if you need data recovered from your dead hard drive, it can take about 4 to 6 hours to get data to start flowing – that would be too expensive. We will always suggest best method of service whether it be a drop-off, a pick-up or technician visit.
